I want you to feel able to raise a concern about your experience. I will listen, take it seriously and respond respectfully.
How to raise a concern
Email team@thesobertruthcoach.com with a brief description of what happened, any relevant dates, and what you would like me to do. Please share only the information needed to explain your concern.
What happens next
I will reply within 14 calendar days of receiving your complaint. If I need longer to investigate, my reply will explain why and when you can expect a further response.
I will review the concern and relevant information, explain my findings and tell you what action I propose. If you feel something has been missed, you can reply and ask me to review it again.
Privacy concerns
Use the same email address for concerns about your personal information. You can also raise a data protection concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office. This complaints process does not limit your statutory rights.
